 he 22nd Annual Colonial Beach Christmas House Tour for the Holidays\n\nFor
  over 22 years Colonial Beach has enjoyed our Christmas House Tour for the
  Holidays. We have handpicked some wonderful homes for you to enjoy. This 
 year there will be 3 tour times and several tour routes. All tours start a
 t the Colonial Beach History Museum. You can enjoy the shuttle bus for an 
 additional fee or take a self guided driving tour. You must start your tou
 r at the museum to get your pass and tour maps or trolley ticket.\n\nOnce 
 you depart from the Colonial Beach History Museum\, you will embark on a j
 ourney through beautifully decorated homes that showcase the charm and spi
 rit of the holiday season. Immerse yourself in the warm atmosphere as you 
 explore each unique house\, adorned with twinkling lights and enchanting d
 ecorations.\n\nVIP Finale Event on Sunday evening is available in addition
  at Foxhaven\, 901 Irving Avenue\, Colonial Beach. This exclusive party is
  an additional fundraiser for the Museum. This event is separate from the 
 House Tours.​Discover the history and traditions of Colonial Beach while
  enjoying the company of fellow holiday enthusiasts. This in-person event 
 offers a wonderful opportunity to gather inspiration for your own holiday
