 Races and 1 Mile Walk. \nThis Race Proudly Supports BAMM. \nRACES FEATUR
 E:\n\n 	\nScenic 5K and 10K Race along the Potomac of Colonial Beach.\n\
 n 	\nChip-timing\, Live-streamed Results\, and Awards\n\n 	\n5K and 10K Aw
 ards are for top 3 Overall and Top 3 per Age Groups Under 14\, 15-19\, 20-
 29\, 30-39\, and each decade\n\n 	\nThe Course is Flat and Fast! 10K Start
 s at 9 AM. 5K Starts at 9:05 AM.\n\n 	\n5K Walkers and all ages welcome to
  participate\, need to be registered\, and start on time behind runners at
  9:05 AM.\n\n 	\n1 Mile Walk option available for all ages and starts at 9
 :08 AM. (Non-timed) **Please register by Oct. 6 to guarantee receiving a s
 hirt for 1 Milers. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last a
 fter Oct. 6.\n\n\nRACES INCLUDE:\n\n 	\nColonial Beach Brewing &amp\; Ice 
 House Brewery will be onsite providing local craft beer options.\n\n 	\nQu
