 h over you.\n\n\n\nA sound bath is a meditative experience where you simpl
 y lie down\, settle in\, and let waves of resonant sound wash over you. No
  experience\, meditation background\, or special preparation is needed\, j
 ust an open mind and a willingness to rest.\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\nCrystal 
 singing bowls produce rich\, layered tones that support the nervous system
  in shifting out of stress and into deep rest. As the sound moves through 
 the room\, many people experience a quieting of racing thoughts\, a releas
 e of physical tension\, and a felt sense of calm that lingers well beyond 
 the session itself.\n\nBenefits include:\n\n 	Calms the nervous system and
  eases stress\n 	Supports mental clarity and emotional release\n 	Deepens 
 meditation and body awareness\n 	Leaves you feeling grounded\, restored\, 
 and at ease\n\nWhat to Bring:\nA yoga mat or blanket to lie on\, and anyth
 ing that helps you get comfortable (a pillow\, an eye mask\, a light layer
  for warmth). Chairs will also be available for anyone who prefers to sit.
